GUEST PRESENTER: Chaplain Dr. Robert Mills, PhD – With over 31 years of experience, including 17 as a U.S. Navy Chaplain, Dr. Mills has guided countless people through seasons of emotional struggle toward restoration and peace. He’ll share real-life stories—some humorous, others deeply moving—that reveal powerful, faith-informed strategies for building emotional strength and lasting mental wellness.

SEMINAR DETAILS:

In these interactive sessions, Dr. Robert Mills will share practical ways and methods to ease emotional pressure, bring healing, and build resilience to deal with stress, pain, trauma, and grief—often the kind we carry without even realizing it, and the important role faith plays in this healing process.

After his talk, we continue with and open conversation where you can ask questions about mental health, overcoming trauma, and finding peace in the middle of life’s challenges.

Join us for part or all of the five presentations, starting at 11 AM. There will be multiple times for Q&A and open conversations with our presenter.  Bring a friend and join the dialogue — it’s time to talk about what really matters.

Rsvp is appreciated so we know how to plan for the space, even though not required for this event.

We look forward to building hope and finding better mental health together!
